- You can also upload your ATT or exam receipt by clicking "NEXT" below, and then selecting "No, I need additional help" and your Learning System extension will be granted within 1 business day.
Online Learning System access is valid for 12 months from the date of your purchase. However, if your studies are taking longer than expected, you may wish to consider a 6-month extension.
To qualify for an extension to your online access period, you must meet these requirements:
- Your online access will expire prior to your exam date.
- Purchase the extension and pay the extension fee.

If your product access has not yet expired:
Once you're in the last 30 days of your product access, you will get a few reminders to extend your access:
- You will receive an email with instructions on how to begin the extension process.
- Otherwise, log into your online system and look for the square product extension graphic on your home page. From there, you'll also be able to begin the process.
If your product access has already expired:
- Please reach out to the Customer Care team by phone at +1-877-879-2763 or +1-651-905-2690, or by email at [email protected]. Our team will then reach out to help process your extension request.

Printed books are optional. If you opt for printed books, two printed books are available as part of the LTC-CIP Learning System, two with the CIC Learning System, and two with the a-IPC Learning System.
The APICS Learning System reading materials are available for viewing electronically. You can download the eBook though with an ePUB file or read online through the embedded reader in the software.
